Business Development: Proactively identify, approach, and expand partnerships with Travel Agencies (TA) and Tour Operators (TO) to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure the company’s products remain their top-of-mind preference.
Negotiation & Pricing: Negotiate contract rates, pricing policies, and promotional programs to maximize revenue and market share.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on Ha Long tourism trends and analyze competitor pricing within the 5-star segment to propose flexible and competitive sales strategies.
Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise closely with relevant departments (Reservations, Operation, etc.) to ensure all special requests from partners are executed with precision.
Brand Promotion: Actively participate in travel fairs, workshops, and periodic sales calls to enhance the brand image and visibility of the cruise.
Reporting: Submit regular reports on work progress and sales performance to the Head of Department.
Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
Qualifications
College degree or higher, preferably in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the Cruise, Hotel or Tourism industry.
Solid understanding of tourism terminology and in-depth knowledge of Ha Long Bay’s tourism landscape.
Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Strong situational handling and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Effective time management and strategic planning skills.
