Job Description

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s marketing and communications efforts. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in brand marketing, team management, and multi-channel campaigns, with proven experience in the hospitality or luxury tourism sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Brand Management

  • Lead the development and execution of annual marketing strategies and budgets in alignment with company objectives.

  • Manage and refine the brand’s positioning, storytelling, and creative direction to ensure consistency across all platforms.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

2. Campaign Management & Media Planning

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of both digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

  • Provide creative direction and messaging guidance for key marketing initiatives including promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand collaborations.

  • Ensure timely execution and performance tracking across paid, owned, and earned channels.

3. Public Relations & Content Oversight

  • Manage media relations, press releases, interviews, and events to strengthen brand reputation.

  • Monitor and respond to user-generated content and reviews across platforms such as TripAdvisor, forums, and social media, with a proactive crisis-handling mindset.

  • Participate in conversations as the brand’s voice, ensuring professionalism and diplomacy.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to align marketing strategies with business priorities.

  • Coordinate internal and external brand events, trade shows, and CSR activities.

  • Support HR in marketing-related recruitment and employee branding activities.

5. Leadership & Team Development

  • Manage the marketing team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

  • Promote a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture within the department.

  • Monitor project timelines and guide team members toward key deliverables.

6. Other Duties

  • Regularly report on marketing KPIs, campaign ROI, and team performance to the Board of Directors.

  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar managerial role, preferably in hospitality, luxury tourism, or cruise sectors.

  • Strong understanding of brand marketing, strategic planning, digital channels, and campaign performance analysis.

  • Solid network in the PR and marketing industry is an advantage.

  • Excellent leadership and project management skills with a results-driven approach.

  • Proficient in English (written and spoken); confident in business communication.

  • Willingness to travel between Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Quang Ninh as required.
